We have had a busy day at #ExpoHR, where we had the opportunity to present the Talentpilot AI platform to a wider audience.
🙏We would like to thank everyone we spoke to at our stand, as well as those who took part in the workshops we ran together with Grzegorz Bors.
We have already completed several commercial implementations of Talentpilot AI, and several customers are currently in the pilot phase before a wider roll-out.
In total, we held several dozen meetings where we presented how Talentpilot AI revolutionizes HR processes and positively impacts employee productivity, thereby leveraging companies’ financial results.
☝️Based on current data from our clients, the math is simple.
Every PLN 1 invested in Talentpilot AI brings the company a return of PLN 5-7 💵.
Leaving aside the functional attributes of Talentpilot AI for a moment, isn’t this a mega important argument to sit down at the table and talk?
I am convinced that when reviewing the portfolio of planned implementations in each company (and ours is extremely simple and non-invasive), with such financial parameters, our platform will prove itself everywhere. No CFO will say “no, we don’t have the budget for that.”
On another note.
The topic of AI is indeed very hot 🔥, but… our local market is in the early stages of adapting and understanding the real value of AI.
I feel that the picture is somewhat reminiscent of the moment when the car appeared, while the basic means of transport and driving force was the horse (🐴 vs 🏎️).
Those who understand AI better are already benefiting from it.
Data from top consulting/auditing firms confirm that companies that have adopted AI technology on a full scale generate (on a 3-year average):
