JobNonStop has completed another extraordinary challenge.

Recruitment for sales positions is in JobNonStop’s DNA. But this time, we were faced with an extraordinary challenge.

 

In the second half of 2023, our long-standing partner, Digital Care Group, entrusted us with a very ambitious project:

➡️ Recruitment of 20 Business Development Managers in 3 months

 

As always, we approached this task in a very professional and systematic manner 💪

 

We dedicated 4 of our recruiters to the project.

 

As always, before we started, we held a very detailed briefing on the candidate profile and our client’s expectations. These were very specific and… demanding ✅

 

We agreed on a very precise Project Plan and recruitment process with our client, which we shortened to only 2 stages! ⚡️

 

Of course, a good plan is extremely important, but even more important is the execution of that plan (Execution is solution).

 

As always, we needed 24 hours to get fully started (that’s our JobNonStop promise).

 

I must admit that this time, too, everything went perfectly.

 

Omni-channel activities brought very good results in the form of a large number of potential candidates who were thoroughly verified in terms of their competences and motivation to work.

 

Of course, we only recommended candidates with the right professional profile and who fit in with our client’s work culture.

 

This resulted in a very high success rate (employment/recommendations) of over 30%! 👌

We also achieved a very important parameter for our client, “Time-To-Hire.” 

 

Today, I am delighted to announce that the project has been successfully completed 🎊🍾
