Is it possible to combine high quality with speed?
One of Europe’s largest energy companies was opening another CC in Poland. It was looking for a business partner who would be able to quickly recruit several dozen people for full-time and three-quarter-time positions and who had experience in such processes.
Fast and effective recruitment on a larger scale is not easy. After receiving a recommendation from another of our clients and conducting a supplier selection process, the company decided to work with Zeroone. After carefully reviewing the client’s expectations regarding the ideal candidate profile, we began our activities on a large scale.
As JobNonStop, we approached recruitment using a multi-channel approach, utilizing social media, Facebook group ads, LinkedIn posts, direct search activities, and ads on our own JobBoard.
Our own database, to which candidates looking for new jobs in various fields continuously sign up, was also an important source of candidates. They are often open to valuable recommendations from employers.
A dedicated application form, which was filled out when submitting an application, allowed us to efficiently and effectively pre-screen profiles, and an in-depth interview conducted by experienced recruiters resulted in a final list of recommendations.
An important element that broadened the scope of candidate acquisition was the use of several advertising options, variations in job titles, and different emphases on selected elements of the job offer.
Thanks to these activities, we were able to quickly reach a large number of people who were interested in the industry and the position. This is another important piece of the puzzle—job selling.
In the case of this project, all positions were filled after just two weeks. In addition, we were already prepared to recommend further candidates at this stage. It should be added that thanks to the thorough recruitment process carried out by our recruiters, all candidates are still employed, and thanks to the professional assessment using the ScoreCard, we have avoided turnover or layoffs.
