We find it super exciting, which is something we have also transferred to our recruitment activities at JobNonStop ❗️

A few months ago, our client Hawe Telekom came to us with such a difficult challenge.

The task was to recruit sales and technical support staff with knowledge of CDN (Content Delivery Network) and EDGE Computing technologies. There are not many such people in Poland.

➡️ We started by mapping all the companies that deal with these technologies. Thanks to the great help of our client and our internal efforts, we created an “addressable market” of potential candidates. We can say that we now know every specialist in this segment.

And then came the most enjoyable part: reaching out with the offer directly to people with the right profile (with surgical precision) ✅

Thanks to the effective “job selling” of our recruiter Stella Gaj, we had several very interesting people verified, evaluated by our internal “Scorecard” tool, and recommended to the client.

Today, we can confirm that difficult challenges taste better. All those recruited have started work 😃
